(Means "Heaven and Earth", 19 moves)
Literally means "Heaven and Earth". In the Orient it is interpreted as the creation of the world or the beginning of human history. Therefore, it is the initial pattern performed by the beginner. This pattern consists of two similar parts; one to represent the Heaven and the other the Earth (the first part Earth and the second part Heaven).
What does Tae Kwon Do mean?
Tae means to kick or smash with the foot
Kwon means to punch or destroy with the fist
Do means art or way of life.
What does GTI stand for?
