Ready Posture - PARALLEL READY STANCE


Start facing A

1. Move the right foot to A forming a right walking stance, middle obverse punch with the right fist.
2. Turning anti-clockwise, move the right foot to C (backwards) forming a left walking stance facing D while executing a low block with the left forearm.
3. Move the right foot to D (forwards) forming a right walking stance, middle obverse punch with the right fist.
4. Turning anti-clockwise, move the right foot to A (backwards) forming a left walking stance facing B while executing a low block with the left forearm.
5. Move the right foot to B (forwards) forming a right walking stance, middle obverse punch with the right fist.
6. Turning anti-clockwise, move the right foot to D (backwards) forming a left walking stance facing C while executing a low block with the left forearm.

7. Move the right foot to C (forwards) forming a right walking stance, middle obverse punch with the right fist.

8. Turning anti-clockwise, bring the right foot to the left foot facing A in a parallel ready stance.

9. Move the left foot to A forming a left walking stance, middle obverse punch with the left fist.
10. Turning clockwise, move the left foot to D (backwards) forming a left walking stance facing C while executing a low block with the left forearm.
11. Move the left foot to C (forwards) forming a left walking stance, middle obverse punch with the left fist.

12. Turning clockwise, move the left foot to A (backwards) forming a left walking stance facing B while executing a low block with the left forearm.
13. Move the left foot to B (forwards) forming a left walking stance, middle obverse punch with the left fist.
14. Turning clockwise, move the left foot to C (backwards) forming a left walking stance facing D while executing a low block with the left forearm.
15. Move the left foot to D (forwards) forming a left walking stance, middle obverse punch with the left fist.
16. Turning clockwise, bring the left foot to the right foot facing A in a parallel ready stance.
